OUR MISSION

We are a non-profit organization committed to providing academic, social, and cultural enrichment to young people by educating and preparing them to be successful, independent and responsible members and leaders of society.

OKF has continued to serve the community through a variety of educational programs, such as an after school program, summer day camp, college tours, and career development workshops. The program name in itself describes our sole purpose for existence--to focus on the needs of young people first.

OUR PROGRAM

This program is offered to all students beginning in grade Kindergarten through the 12th grade. We are open Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Students can participate in a six-week summer day camp; open 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Students can participate on a one week overnight camping trip, arts and crafts, and many educational and fun field trips. The summer camp serves the ages of 5 - 12 years of age.

SPORTS PROGRAM

This component of the program was created to promote teamwork and to help build strong and positive relationships. Also, our sports program reinforces positive self-esteem and self-discipline. This activity includes basketball, flag football, and baseball.
